HERizon Leaders is a transformative mentorship experience crafted to empower girls to grow into bold, purpose-driven leaders. Through intentional connections, practical learning, and consistent encouragement, this program helps young girls rise with confidence—equipped to lead in life, school, and beyond.

Whether she’s dreaming big, discovering her voice, or defining her path, HERizon Leaders is here to guide her every step of the way.

Program Highlights

One-on-One Mentorship Personal connections with trained mentors who inspire, support, and guide. Leadership Workshops Focused sessions on self-awareness, communication, goal-setting, and public speaking. Career & Life Skills Real-world knowledge like resume building, interviewing, financial literacy, and time management. Vision Board & Goal Mapping Activities Encouraging each girl to envision and take steps toward her future. Service & Leadership Projects Opportunities to practice leadership through community involvement and teamwork.

Mentorship Tiers

The HERizon Leaders Mentorship Program, powered by Kennedy Sparkles Inc., is a dynamic, tiered initiative designed to empower girls and young women through age-appropriate mentorship, confidence-building, and leadership development. Each stage is crafted to meet the unique needs of its participants, nurturing their self-worth, voice, and vision for the future.

Little Tees

(Ages 6–12)

“Growing in Grace & Sparkle”

This foundational tier introduces young girls to the power of self-confidence, kindness, and leadership through playful, engaging, and purposeful experiences.

Little Tees participate in:

Fun character-building workshops
Creative arts & storytelling to express emotions
Age-appropriate community service projects
Faith-based affirmations and friendship circles
Positive role modeling with teen and adult mentors

The goal is to plant seeds of self-worth early, helping girls shine bright and believe they are uniquely made for greatness.

This middle tier supports pre-teens and early teens as they navigate identity, peer pressure, and self-esteem.

Teen Tees engage in:

Interactive group mentoring and guided discussions
Self-image, etiquette, and healthy boundary sessions
Vision boarding and goal-setting workshops
Safe-space conversations about real teen challenges
Spark Talks from women leaders and creatives

This phase equips girls with emotional tools, purpose-driven confidence, and a safe tribe of sisterhood.

Luminous Ladies

(Ages 17-21)

“Lead with Light, Live with Purpose”

Designed for young women stepping into adulthood, this advanced tier focuses on leadership, career exploration, personal branding, and spiritual growth.

Luminous Ladies receive:

One-on-one mentorship with industry professionals

College/career prep, internships, and resume-building

Leadership development and public speaking coaching

Faith-infused personal growth journaling and retreats

Networking events and real-world empowerment panels
